Indians re-signed RHP Matt Capps to a minor league contract. Capps was released by the Indians on Monday, but the two sides were quickly able to reach a new agreement. The 29-year-old right-hander has allowed two earned runs in six innings this spring and figures to surface in Cleveland's bullpen if he can stay healthy.
