Indians placed RHP Chris Perez on the bereavement list. Perez's grandmother recently passed away, and he'll be given 3-7 days by rule, though it's not known how many of those days he plans to take. The Indians will likely go with a committee approach to replace him, with Tony Sipp, Rafael Perez and Vinnie Pestano all representing possibilities for the ninth inning. Josh Judy has been called up from Triple-A Columbus to take Perez's spot on the roster.
