Indians placed RHP Brett Myers on the 15-day disabled list with a right arm injury. Myers left his last start because of forearm soreness, and it looks like the injury was serious enough that he'll have to miss a few starts. Fernando Nieve was promoted to take his roster spot, and Corey Kluber will make Myers' next scheduled start against the White Sox on Wednesday.
