Indians manager Terry Francona said Monday that Moss (hip) may be a bit ahead of the mid-March estimate for his first game action of the spring, mlb.com's Jordan Bastian reports. Moss has been taking batting practice since last week, and he's apparently progressing somewhat faster than expected. He remains on track to be ready for Opening Day, while Nick Swisher (knees) carries a bit more uncertainty.
