Indians manager Terry Francona said Monday that Brett Myers (elbow) is progressing "very well" in his rehab. Myers was diagnosed with a mild tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow last month, but he's going to try to pitch through the injury. He is scheduled to throw a bullpen session this week and one early next week before being re-evaluated. There's no clear timetable for his return.
