Indians activated RHP Chris Perez from the 15-day disabled list. Perez wound up missing one full month with discomfort in his right shoulder. He is expected to take over immediately as Cleveland's closer, pushing Vinnie Pestano back into a setup role. Perez does not have great numbers this year (4.32 ERA, 1.50 WHIP) but should be activated right away in all standard fantasy leagues.
