In addition to running six 90-foot sprints on Monday, Manny Machado (knee) took four at-bats in a simulated game. The good news keeps pouring in for Machado, who is beginning to ramp things up in his rehab from knee surgery. He's expected to do sprints from 180 feet tomorrow and could possibly run the bases. Of course, that will be his most important test yet. If he can make it through without any issues, extending spring training games should come next.
