Ian Stewart will report to the instructional league on September 27. Stewart is also planning on playing winter ball in Mexico in order to make up for lost time after an injury-shortened, disappointing season. He's been wearing a brace on his left wrist, but the injury is evidently healed enough that he can swing the bat.
