Ian Stewart finished 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and two runs scored in Friday's win over the Yankees. The former Rockie has been a nice surprise for the Angels thus far, hitting .250 (10-for-40) with six extra-base hits (two home runs) and six RBI in 13 games. Angels manager Mike Scioscia has said that David Freese is not being platooned at third base, but he could struggle to get at-bats against right-handers if Stewart keeps hitting.
