Atlanta Braves right-hander Ian Anderson (oblique) strained his left oblique while pitching for Triple-A Gwinnett on Sept. 8 and will be out at least a month. It basically rules out any chance that he could have returned to Atlanta's rotation for the end of the regular season and even possibly the postseason now.
