Huston Street nailed down his 27th save Wednesday against the Dodgers despite allowing a solo home run to Rod Barajas. Fortunately he entered the ninth inning with a 3-0 lead. Street needed 31 pitches to record three outs. It was Street's first save since July 9. He's tied for seventh in the league in saves. After a rough May in which he held a 6.52 ERA (he has a sub-3.00 ERA in all other months) while blowing two of six save chances, Street has righted the ship to allow just seven runs. He's blown zero saves in that time.
