Howie Kendrick tripled, doubled and scored all three runs as the Angels edged the Dodgers 3-2 on Thursday. It's the first time since May 2, 2012 that Kendrick has scored three times in a game. Hitting in the bottom half of the order for the Angels, Kendrick has scored just 24 runs in 54 games this season, with seven of those coming on his own homers. He is batting .304/.342/.464, but that's not getting him a spot above Albert Pujols, Josh Hamilton or Mark Trumbo in the Angels lineup.
