Holliday (quadriceps) is "less likely" to return before the All-Star break than earlier reports indicated, Jenifer Langosch of MLB.com reports. There was optimism earlier in the week that Holliday could come off the DL for the Cardinals' series this weekend, but the Cardinals are exercising caution with the star outfielder and won't rush him back prematurely. While it's unlikely that Holliday will return this weekend, he has still not been ruled out at this point.
