Holliday isn't in Friday's lineup against the Dodgers, Eric Stephen of True Blue LA reports. Holliday will receive a simple day off Friday from the looks of it, just his seventh rest day of the campaign. Randal Grichuck will enter the lineup in left field, batting cleanup Friday against the Dodgers.
