Holliday is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mets, according to MLB.com's Jenifer Langosch. Holliday went 3-for-4 with an RBI in Wednesday's game, but manager Mike Matheny decided to give the veteran a day off with the Cardinals playing an early afternoon affair Thursday. Mark Reynolds will get the start in left field in Holliday's place.
