Holliday (elbow) is not in the lineup Thursday against the Indians. Holliday was diagnosed with an elbow contusion after getting hit by a pitch in Wednesday night's game, and the Cardinals will be extra cautious by holding him out of the day game that directly follows. Mark Reynolds will take his spot in left field for the afternoon contest.
