Hicks will man center field and bat second in the order Sunday against the Orioles, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Yankees are holding out Jacoby Ellsbury in the series finale for rest purposes and Gary Sanchez (biceps) landed on the disabled list following Saturday's game, so Hicks will have the opportunity to claim a prime spot in the lineup Sunday. The switch-hitting Hicks has fared better against lefties than right-handers over his career, so he could have some upside as a low-cost DFS option with southpaw Wade Miley taking the hill for the Orioles.
