Hicks will shift among all three outifeld spots in September as Byron Buxton will play center field when in the lineup, Hicks will play left field when Buxton and Hunter are in the lineup and right field when Eddie Rosario and Buxton are in the outfield. Hicks should be in the everyday lineup and bat leadoff the rest of the season no matter where he plays.
