Hernandez (oblique) will have an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of his injury, Matt Gelb of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Oblique injuries can take a month or more to fully heal, so the Phillies could be without Hernandez until next month. More will be known after his MRI.
