Henderson underwent shoulder surgery Tuesday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports. The shoulder simply wasn't getting stronger through rehabilitation, so Henderson and the Brewers opted for surgery in the hope that he can return to full strength at some point in 2015. Henderson's availability for the start of next season is far from certain, however, as he now faces a several-months-long recovery process.
