Headley (mouth) did not sustain any bone fractures but received stitches and will visit with a neurologist after taking a pitch to the face Thursday night, ESPN New York reports. The Yankees are yet to provide any sort of timetable for Headley's return, and remains to be seen whether he'll return this season. The good news is Headley was able to walk off the field with assistance from team trainers Thursday night, but whether or not he suffered nerve damage is unknown at this time.
