Headley is not in the lineup Monday against the Rays. Headley has been given just one day off thus far this season, so it appears manager Joe Girardi is just giving his third baseman a regular rest day. Alex Rodriguez will take over at third, batting third in his stead as Carlos Beltran will fill in at designated hitter.
