Headley (calf) is back in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Red Sox, Newsday's Erik Boland reports. Headley missed the last three games, but he ran on the field prior to Friday's contest. His calf inflammation seems to have been a minor issue, and he'll have some extra time to rest during the All-Star break.
