Hayes will have his contract selected by the Indians on Tuesday, Paul Hoynes of the Northeast Ohio Media Group reports. Hayes signed a minor league contract with the with the Indians during the offseason, but he'll return to the majors following Yan Gomes' (knee) injury. He will serve as the secondary catcher to Roberto Perez, but could see a few starts when Perez gets a day off.
