Hatcher was going to be used in a save situation Monday before the Dodgers extended their lead by three to 8-3 in the top of the ninth against the Giants. Hatcher still came in and walked one and struck out one in a scoreless ninth. He's allowed two runs in his last six innings with an 11:2 K:BB since a rocky start and appear to be the heavy favorite for saves right now.
