Harvey, who allowed six runs on seven hits and four walks in just three innings Thursday, said after the game that, "everything was a little out of whack mechanically," the NY Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Harvey struggled with his command and control while also posting lower than usual velocity on his fastball. This was the second straight outing Harvey struggled, as he had difficulties in the final inning of his start against St. Louis' Triple-A team. Harvey has one more outing, during which he will make 100 pitches, to try and figure it out before starting on Opening Night, April 3, against the Royals.
