While those certainly aren't bad radar gun readings for the second week of March, they're a far cry from the 96 mph Harvey was averaging prior to undergoing surgery last July to correct his thoracic outlet syndrome. Given the limited, and discouraging, data on pitchers making full recoveries from that procedure, fantasy owners should be hesitant to pay full freight for the 27-year-old on the assumption that he will simply return to his previous form.
