The 33-year-old has returned from his rehab assignment but will not be activated, as the Pirates evidently didn't see enough in his six games with Triple-A Indianapolis to warrant a return to the major league roster. Signed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal last winter, Hart ended up playing in just 35 games with Pittsburgh, going 12-for-54 (.222 average) with two homers, nine RBI and a 1:19 BB:K.
