Hardy was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday with a right wrist fracture.
EDGE Analysis
This is simply procedural, as Hardy is expected to be sidelined for the next four-to-six weeks before resuming baseball activities. Ruben Tejada is expected to take over the bulk of duties at shortstop in his absence.
