Hand (4-4) was tagged for five runs on eight hits and two walks over 4.2 innings to take the loss Sunday against the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
After covering eight innings and conceding just two runs five days earlier against the Pirates, Hand took a step backward with Sunday's outing. It was the second time in his six starts since rejoining the Miami rotation that he failed to escape the fifth inning, and that kind of inconsistency makes him a rather unreliable option outside of deep or NL-only leagues.
