Hammel will take the hill for the Cubs Monday against the Pirates, MLB.com's Carrie Muskat reports. Hammel was previously scheduled to start Tuesday, but manager Joe Maddon made a minor tweak to the starting rotation. The move will allow Hammel to pitch on regular rest, and possibly set the right-hander up for a two-start week.
