Hammel (finger) will not miss his next scheduled start Friday against Milwaukee, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports. Hammel was affected by a cracked nail on his throwing hand in his last start, but the issue won't force him to miss any time. He allowed three runs over six innings Sunday, which resulted in a no-decision. Hammel will get another crack at the Brewers' lineup Friday.
