Hamilton (shoulder) will play rehab games with Triple-A Round Rock from Thursday through Saturday and then be reevaluated, MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan reports. Hamilton, who resumed playing May 10, is presumably ready to enter the final stage of his recovery from shoulder surgery. Assuming everything goes well this weekend, it seems likely he will return to action during the Rangers' upcoming series with the Indians that begins Monday.
