Hamilton (shoulder) will continue his rehab at Double-A Frisco, Anthony Andro of Fox Sports Southwest reports. Hamilton could rejoin the club at some point in the coming weeks, but he'll be re-evaluated Wednesday following the four-game set with Double-A Frisco.
