Hamilton (shoulder) will begin his rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday. Hamilton has missed the first month of the 2015 season because of the shoulder issue, but finally appears to be nearing a return with the club. He'll likely require some time in the minors as he's yet to see action on a consistent basis, but a return at some point in May isn't out of the question.
