Hamilton (shoulder) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, according to MLB.com's Alden Gonzalez. Hamilton will miss his fifth straight game Tuesday night. He continues to be evaluated on a day-to-day basis, but it remains to be seen when he will play next.
