Hamilton is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the White Sox due to tightness in the lower half of his body, Anthony Andro of FOX Sports Southwest reports. Hamilton was also held out of the lineup Sunday against the Red Sox, only to smack a pinch-hit, walk-off double in the ninth inning. It's unclear whether the issue caused his absence Sunday, as it may be the case that he was just getting the day off, but is now dealing with an injury. Should Hamilton miss time beyond Tuesday, Delino DeShields Jr. is the primary candidate to benefit, which would also leave some extra at-bats for Leonys Martin. Both are in Tuesday's lineup.
