Hamilton (hamstring) will likely be activated from the disabled list either Monday or Tuesday, Jon Morosi of FOX Sports reports. Hamilton made his fourth rehab appearance Sunday, going 0-for-2 with Triple-A Round Rock. He has just three singles in 12 at-bats during the assignment, but he's apparently done enough to prove his health. The Rangers have a four-game series at Camden Yards this week, starting with Monday's favorable matchup against right-hander Bud Norris.
