Grossman went 2-for-6 with two runs in Tuesday's 20-7 win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
Grossman actually had one of the quieter performances for a Twins offense that racked up a franchise-record 28 hits, but it was nonetheless another solid showing for the 27-year-old, who has turned in multi-hit efforts in three of his last five contests. Though his main competition for reps at DH, Kennys Vargas, exploded for four hits Tuesday, Grossman has been the more consistent performer of the two and maintains a 116-point edge in on-base percentage for the season. Look for Grossman to maintain at least a semi-regular lineup spot for the Twins, though in standard 5x5 leagues, he'll likely be an average-to-below-average contributor outside of the runs and batting average categories.
