Gregorius remained scorching hot at the plate Wednesday against the Red Sox, going 2-for-4 with a solo homer, a walk, and three runs scored.
EDGE Analysis
After showing little semblance of pop over the first four and a half months of the season, Gregorius has exploded in recent weeks, lifting the Yankees offense to greater heights in the process. Despite sticking in a bottom-third spot in the lineup, Gregorius has gone 16-for-28 with three walks, three homers, eight runs, and 12 RBI. It's unlikely he continues to produce to this extent throughout September, but at 25 years old, Gregorius certainly has the capability of taking his production up a notch from the level he's shown throughout his career.
