Gregorius is out of the lineup Thursday against the Giants. Cliff Pennington will take over at short Thursday, with Gregorius sitting for just the second time in the team's last 11 games. Gregorius is batting .188/.247/.319 since the All-Star break, but the team figures to continue giving him regular time to see if he can be an everyday option for 2015.
