Gordon (wrist) will resume baseball activities this weekend, Rustin Dodd of The Kansas City Star reports.

Gordon was reevaluated by the Royals' medical staff Wednesday, and it was determined that his recovery from his sprained wrist is on track. He will resume throwing at some point this weekend, however, it could still be a couple weeks before he resumes hitting. He may need a short rehab assignment before rejoining the Royals, but he could be back with the big club at some point later in June.
