Gordon went 1-for-4 with an RBI in his Marlins debut. Miami's new leadoff man got the team on the board with an RBI single in the third, but was thrown out trying to steal second base moments later. Gordon blamed the miscue on a wet track thanks to a head-scratching rain delay in a stadium equipped with a retractable roof. Regardless of the results, it is nice to see Gordon off and running early with his new team.
