Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in Monday's 10-0 win over the Brewers. Gonzalez likely had fantasy owners pushing the panic button when he suffered a knee scare late in spring training, but he was able to shake it off in time to make it back in the Opening Day lineup. Manager Walt Weiss surprising slotted the outfielder second in the batting order, and it paid immediate dividends, as he doubled in his first plate appearance and came around to score the game's first run. Health concerns are always going to be relevant to any discussion of Gonzalez, but as Monday's performance showed, the 29-year-old can still be a force when he's able to play.
