EDGE Analysis
Ah, there he is. CarGo was mired in a major slump over his last 10 games -- .147/.250/.206 -- so this was huge for him and his fantasy owners. It's been essentially a career-worst season for the veteran slugger, who's had trouble making hard contact at his typical rate, but it's hard to imagine his BABIP lingering at its current .279 when his career mark is .333. He's also drawing walks at a career-best pace and striking out at a career-best pace, so it seems like it ought to be just a matter of time before his numbers start normalizing.
