The star slugger sat out of Thursday's contest after spraining his ankle the previous night, but he was able to get some cage work in during the game in the event he was needed as a pinch-hitter. The full day off proved to be enough time for his ankle to heal, so he's back in the lineup Friday. He'll be batting third in the order Friday, a slight change from his usual role as the cleanup hitter.
