Gonzalez (5-1) held the Dodgers to two runs over six innings, allowing four hits and two walks while striking out five in Monday's win.
EDGE Analysis
Gonzalez needed a rather inefficient 107 pitches to get the job done, but left Dodger Stadium with his second straight quality-start win. The left-hander's 2017 resembles more of what Gonzalez looked like early in the decade -- when he was a top-level pitcher -- rather than the aging veteran who's struggled in recent years. He'll take a fine 3.03 ERA into his next start Saturday against Texas.
