Goldschmidt went 2-for-4 with a walk, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Goldschmidt turned in another solid all-around performance in reaching base three times, but couldn't come through with a clutch hit in the ninth inning, as Marlins closer A.J. Ramos caught him looking for a third strike during the at-bat. Though the first baseman's production has slowed a bit over the past two weeks, he's still sporting a .998 OPS for the season, which is only seven points behind the career-best mark he established in 2015.
