Goldschmidt went 1-for-5 with his fourth home run Thursday in a 7-6 extra-innings win over the Giants. He scored twice and drove in three. Goldschmidt homered for the second consecutive day when teed off on a pitch from Giants' ace Madison Bumgarner early in this one, before coming around to score again in the 12th after a walk.
