EDGE Analysis
The Atlanta outfielder stretched the team's lead to 5-0 with a 393-foot, two-run blast to left off starter Landon Knack in the second inning. The long ball broke a stretch of 49 consecutive plate appearances without a homer for Soler, as he last went deep on Aug. 28 against Minnesota. The former World Series MVP has struggled in his return to Atlanta. He's now batting .217 (23-for-106) with six homers, 17 RBI and 17 runs scored over 34 games since arriving joining the club July 31.
